WSOP - World Series of Poker

WSOP - World Series of Poker is like the Olympics in the poker circuit.

The first WSOP started in 1970 in Las Vegas and since then Las Vegas is the hot spot for hosting this mega popular event. As per the records, WSOP was open for the mases after 1982 when 52 poker players participated in the WSOP at Las Vegas. Thereafter the event has grown multi-folds with participation from all over the world in the range of thousands.

Before the main event, Satellite events are organized allowing people to win access to the main event. Main event is normally hosted during the summer while the Satellites start almost 6 months prior to the main event, keeping poker players busy all year round.
